Wayward Wisp
Privacy Policy
The game stores gameplay progress locally on your device and does not require an account. It uses Google Mobile Ads to provide advertising, Google Play Billing for optional digital purchases, and a minimal network request to obtain the current time. Your advertising privacy choices are managed through Google's consent system where required.
1. Who is responsible for the game?
Artem Kachkovskyi, an independent developer publishing under the Wayward Wisp studio name, is responsible for Alchemy in All: Black Hole (the “App”). The developer is based in Ukraine.

2. Information stored only on your device
The App stores gameplay information locally, such as progress, unlocked content, achievements, virtual currency, selected items, brewing timers, tutorial state, audio preferences, and graphics settings. Wayward Wisp does not operate an account or cloud-save service for this information and does not receive it from the App.
Local data remains on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App, subject to operating-system backup and restore features that you control through your device or platform account.
3. Advertising and consent information
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to load interstitial and rewarded advertisements. It also uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request, record, and communicate privacy choices in regions where a consent or privacy message is required.
Google and advertising partners selected in the consent message may process information including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device, app, and advertising identifiers, where permitted;
- device and operating-system information;
- advertising interactions, impressions, and diagnostic information;
- consent choices and related privacy signals.
This information may be used to deliver ads, select contextual or personalized ads where permitted, limit repetition, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain service security. The type of advertising available may depend on your region, age-related treatment, device settings, and choices in the privacy form. Wayward Wisp may access aggregated AdMob reporting, but does not use it to identify individual players.

4. Optional purchases and Google Play Billing
The App offers optional consumable coin packs through Google Play Billing and the Unity In-App Purchasing SDK. Google Play processes the payment and payment-account information. Wayward Wisp does not receive or store your full card number, bank-account number, or other payment credentials.
To display localized offers, validate and deliver purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, handle pending transactions, refunds, fraud, and diagnostics, Google Play and Unity IAP may process product identifiers, purchase history, order or transaction identifiers, purchase receipts or tokens, country or approximate location, account or personal identifiers, device or other identifiers, app diagnostics, crash logs, and performance information. Depending on the platform account and enabled Unity services, Unity IAP documentation also identifies an email address as data that the SDK may process for app functionality.
The App stores a limited local record of fulfilled transaction identifiers together with the resulting virtual-currency balance so that a pending purchase is not delivered twice. Wayward Wisp currently does not send that local record to its own server. Coin packs are consumable products: after delivery they may be purchased again and are not permanent entitlements that Google Play can restore as an owned item.

5. Current-time services
To keep time-based gameplay features working reliably, the App requests the current UTC time from WorldTimeAPI. If that service is unavailable, the App may request it from TimeAPI.io. These HTTPS requests necessarily expose the device's IP address and standard network request information to the selected provider. The App does not intentionally include your advertising identifier, local game progress, name, or email address in these requests. Wayward Wisp does not retain the request data on its own servers. Each provider processes network data under its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Contacting Wayward Wisp
If you email Wayward Wisp, the developer receives your email address, message, and related email metadata. This information is used to answer your request, protect the App and its users, and meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, normally no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or comply with law.
7. Legal bases for processing
Where European data-protection law applies, processing is based as appropriate on:
- your consent, including for advertising personalization or device storage where required;
- performance of a contract or steps requested by you when you purchase and receive optional digital content;
- legitimate interests, such as responding to support requests, securing the App, preventing fraud, and obtaining reliable time, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- compliance with legal obligations; or
- other legal bases disclosed by the relevant service provider where applicable.
Advertising vendors may rely on the legal bases disclosed in the UMP privacy message. You can refuse consent without losing access to the core game, although the available ads and ad-funded rewards may change.
8. Sharing, sale, and international transfers
Wayward Wisp does not directly sell personal information. Information described above may be processed by Google (including Google Play), Unity, advertising partners shown in the consent form, current-time providers, email providers when you contact us, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. These providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards they use for international transfers.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can review or change advertising consent choices through the App's Privacy and cookie settings entry when it is required and available.
- You can reset or limit the advertising identifier through your device settings.
- You can remove local gameplay information by clearing App data or uninstalling the App.
- You can review Google Play order history and request eligible refunds through Google Play.
- You can choose not to send a support email or can request deletion of prior correspondence.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, withdraw consent, receive portable data, or complain to a data-protection authority. To exercise rights concerning information held by Wayward Wisp, email waywardwisp.studio@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Requests concerning data controlled by Google or another provider should also be directed to that provider using the contact details in its privacy notice.
10. Children's privacy
The App does not require users to provide a name, email address, date of birth, or account profile. Wayward Wisp does not knowingly collect such information from children through the App. Advertising availability and age-related treatment must follow the age category assigned to the App and applicable platform settings. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to Wayward Wisp, contact us so it can be deleted.
11. Security
The App uses HTTPS for the network services described above and does not operate its own player-account database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but reasonable measures are used in proportion to the information handled.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the App, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this address and the date above will be revised. Where required, additional notice or renewed consent will be provided in the App.
